There is BLM the organization (the main one that apparently misappropriated funds at least as there are numerous chapters in various cities) and BLM the slogan that became a global phrase in solidarity of the black lives that are taken via oppressive police tactics. Trying to throw in some "gay agenda" narrative is ignorant of the significance of it's being used by millions of people unrelated to that situation.

White Lives Matter was a response to this by racists as a way to push back and muddy the waters of discussion. There is no comparison between the two.
