I couldn't agree more.
There is a lot of dead innocent men, women and children that he's responsible for too.
But when you kill a person, only the person doing the act is truly ending a life. Like I said, responsibility can be shared but the act has its own issues to deal with.
Sounds like hearsay. but it reminds me of that line from the godfather. where michael compares the don to the president. kate says but presidents don't have men killed. michael says who's being naive now.

So if the President authorizes every drone strike, supposedly brags about killing people, and we know that innocent people were directly targeted, then we all agree that he should be charged with War Crimes correct?
