squats and cleans were off, but DL felt great

im gunna sticc to db incline bench. it feels much better on my shoulders than barbell

the olympic bar for cleans was broke and i didnt know so i almost fucced my shoulder a wrist up goin heavy smh. it messed me up on bench and side raises. i might not gunna be able to do cleans til they get a new one :stopitslime:

this is my first time failing on squats in a min. i dont know if soccer is taking that much out of my legs. but having to bail out is humbling :to:
