Edit: Fiz looking rough in the post game. He saying the ball isn’t moving, but for the majority of the season he’s shown preference for the players on the team that don’t move the ball. So it’s difficult to work on those habits in the thick of things, it’s gonna take some time. Good thing is he realizes it’s a problem so hopefully he and the staff start to focus on defense and ball movement going forward, I wanna see the team assists go up.

I'm trying to give Fiz a chance with an actual team so I won't say he's a trash coach or anything but, how he's handled accountability hasn't been good. Like, half our team doesn't really want to be here and at this point trades definitely gotta happen we've got a lot of disgruntled players

Fiz has a tough job trying to balance developing young players while trying to keep disgruntled veterans from creating a toxic environment. You have a couple players that are upset and angry, and it can spread through the whole team especially with younger, more impressionable players

Being a complete sieve on defense and a blackhole on offense is fine as long as you're friendly towards them and offer juicy post game comments. He opted into his PO and fully knew what the Knicks situation was gonna be after KP injury. Not exactly helping them win games either. Wait until the trading deadline passes if the Knicks can't find a suitor for him and he will be bought out to play for a contender. FOH playing the sympathetic figure.
