Yes and no. Right now, Frank's skillset is tailored toward being a glue piece with upside to develop into more. So his success is a lot more dependent on the system and players he's out there with than other youth. But the team has personnel that they can surround Frank with and at least play to the level of performance they've gotten out of Mudiay's run as starter (9-35). So the argument isn't that Frank will look particularly good or push the team to new heights. It's just that Frank should be a focal point for development. If anything, I think it's the other players that would look better. You run through the player tandems (2,3,4 and 5 man combinations) and of the units with decent net ratings as well as significant time out there, Frank's involved most (so are Vonleh, Dot and Mitch).
