That’s how i feel about RJ. Nas and Cam are being used wrong so their college numbers don’t necessarily paint the whole picture. Where as RJ is exactly who he’s going to be. (Play style wise). In his defense, his ability to enact his will on the team, making himself the number 1 option while being the third best player talent wise is a testatement to his confidence.
But on our team next year, where we’ll need a guy to be potentially a second, third or even a fourth option offensively, I’d want to draft someone who can add more than just scoring to this team.
That's a fact. I love the fact that we are building a solid team with role players and a few stars sprinkled in. I hate depending on one player to lead our team to victory.
And where would Zion fit when we are loaded with bigs? I'm not too optimistic about Zion. We need a wing or a PG.
Zion is a 3 or 4 type of player maybe even a point forward espe.cially on the fast break. All you have to do is mix up the line ups. There will be room for everyone. Small lineups , big lineups , defensive lineups etc.
It's the same type of situation as Ben Simmons or Luka.
A Big man that can handle the ball. I don't expect him to be a PG but we see how he moves on the fast break.. pick your poison. It's either the defense guards 6 foot 7 285 Zion or he attracts the defense towards him and passes up the ball.
KP starting at the 4 or 5
I would like to see Mitch come off the bench for 25 minutes to preserve KPs wear and tear.
With a type of talent like that you can make room.
