Something that someone brought up that i foolishly hadn’t thought of was that does signing KD mean that you’re selling some of the young guys to get him another star. Does he come to play with a bunch of high potential 20 year olds?

People are talking about the possibilities of Durant coming to NY. I don't see why he'd want to play w/ KP & a bunch of wet behind the ears 20 year olds.

It makes no sense to me. I'm not saying that I think he only wants to play w/ other similar vets but he needs to be confident that he's not essentially tutoring teammates on the fundamentals of NBA basketball on a daily basis.

Durant to NY means Knox, Frank, Trier, and out upcoming draft pick are expendable.

Brehs are talking about Zion being on some born ready shyt but I am not confident that any of the Duke boys coming into the NBA next season are going to be capable of being a reliable NBA Xs and Os person in their first year.

Why does KD come into such an uncertain situation?

My guess... Perry will be in the room w/ KD and an unsigned contract while he has Kemba's agent on three way as they attempt to package every young player w/ Lee's contract in order to have them both sign. It would be foolish for KD to consider the Knicks so he can play big brother to Knox/Trier.

His entire career he played with Curry and Westbrook. We'll need an all star guard to bring in KD.
