I would for the right price. The whole situation surrounding him may be bizarre, but he has crazy potential that makes taking a risk on him worth it.

Absolutely. He'll have free rein to play, and he's already showing signs of improvement. Knicks arent risking anything since they want to be bad
If mudiay can look decent, so can fulfz.
Since Fiz doesn’t seem to be too high on Frank, I wouldn’t be against trading him straight up for Fultz since a change of scenery might be good for both of them. At this point, the Knicks need to roll the dice on potential stars, and I think we would all agree that Fultz has the talent to become one.

even if all frank ever will be at his peak is an elite defensive specialist (i think it's fair to say elite with what we've seen at such a young age), don't good teams need that? 
he was drafted as a project and he's 20 games into year 2 and people are foaming at the mouth, even though there's tons of lottery picks in recent years around the league and on THIS TEAM who havent shown theyre as good at anything as he is at defense. it's crazy.
