Who y’all want most next year? Reddish; Barrett, Langford, Little???

From what I've read, Reddish and Langford are my picks. Grimes too.

I'll be checking for college ball for the first time in a long time. Whoever we pick can be the last of our youth core. I wanna see what's coming.

BTW lol at Vonleh. For the longest I thought dudes name was a Coli nickname variation of breh. I remember being fukked up on draft night when I saw that was the nikkas actual name.

:angry:If these dumbasses stretch Noah in September, I will be PISSED

:scust: They need to buy that long haired fakkit out and KIM. No need to have 7-9 million or more eating up our cap space for the next 3-4 seasons.

Knicks have to make some moves, they have too many guards.

I'd keep Lee and start him at the 2 next to Frank (no reason to trade Lee, he's the 2nd most consistent player on the Knicks on both ends).

I think Knox is the best option to start at 3, although he may not be 100% ready he's still better than Lance or Mario.

KP and Kanter in the front court. Sub Robinson in quick and let him and KP get some time as twin towers, that rim protection will be crazy.

2nd squad can be Burke, Tim, Mario, Lance or Vonleh, and Robinson.

Shoulda kept Beas.

I see them moving Lee for somebody young and underachieving (Ala Mudiay)

My Starting line up

Frank
Timmy
Mario
Knox
Kanter

Trey
Lance
Lee trade Player
Mitchell

Also I been watching Cam and youngin is nice. A lot of nice Wings this draft and we can use another good player to shore that up.

You and me on the same page.
:myman:
Frank should play 1 and 2 with his defense. Give him more time to get out of his timid playing style.

Yup. Plus I think he'll play a lot better for a coach who won't pull him after every little mistake or yo-yos with his mins all season long like that dikkhead Hornacek did last season. Being able to play through his mistakes, getting consistent mins, and having the trust of his coach should go a long way towards seeing a better Frank on the offensive end.

I still don't like the Mitch/KP duo against small ball Front Courts, and that gives dynamic guards even more targets to try to switch onto.

Smart move in my opinion would be the only play that duo against lineups who go that big and then stagger their minutes around each other at Center against small lineups.

I feel you, I just think that Mitch has great footwork, defensive awareness and quick lateral foot speed that we really wouldn't be at too much of a disadvantage, if at all.

I mean we not talking abt some slow, plodding, oafish big with two left feet. Mitch has the speed, agility, and defensive IQ to make it work

Plus pairing KP with a big that can defend well & gobble up boards is the perfect compliment to KP upfront and brings the best out of him, along with drastically improving our team defense. I think Mitch can be that guy, or at least has the potential to be

I know its only Summer League but what MRob was able to show after close to year n half w/o playin organized ball was nothing short of amazing. It gives me a reason to be optimistic enough to believe that KP-Mitch pairing would not just be tolerable, but a formidable duo that forces most teams to adjust to us, not the other way around.

If nothing else experiment with the pairing next season to see how well it works. Its a rebuilding year anyway, wont hurt to try it out for long stretches and see whats there :yeshrug:

That would be beyond dumb. If Mozgov can be moved with two second rounders there's a way get rid of Noah without having him on the payroll for next 3 years.

Hopefully he's give a chance to compete, there's no reason why he can't be the veteran player they were looking for. He's been working out with that surfer guy too, don't know how that will translate to basketball but at least he's staying in ready.
