Yeah every decade looks better in retrospect. Either because those films stand the test of time, like the stuff in the 70s, or it’s from when you were a kid, like the stuff in the 80s and 90s. But a lot of those 80s best pictures are :camby:

Also to whomever said it, I can’t get with the 90s being the best decade for film.
Maybe it's time resurrect some movie lists again. Maybe top movies of each decade going back to the 60s or 70s.

Nah breh. Goin have to disagree wit ya big time. Movie def not for everyone but it was a perfectly made arthouse satire. Done and acted superbly. Alejandro deserved every award that year.
I appreciate the technical achievement but as a movie, nah. Gotta have some entertainment and replay value. Keatons and Nortons performances were nice tho.

havent seen green book yet but i know the shape of water and hurt locker can hold their own as bad choices
