Nightlife is the best in the world.

Cost of living is pretty low. 7-900 for a one bedroom in a decent neighborhood last time I checked. Cheaper if you want to live in a lower-income area by the Strip or university.

It's great weather like 3-4 months out of the year in the fall and spring, hot as fukk or on the cold side (30-50 degrees) the rest of the year.

No :mjlol: Maybe a blazer though :ehh:

Depends on the job.

Outdoor activities are actually underrated, Red Rock, Mt. Charleston are not far and pretty dope. Brianhead and the Grand Canyon are possible in a day trip.

All kinds of food including healthy/vegan options and the best fine dining around, although some ethnic cuisines aren't present.

There's something for everyone in Vegas.

Vegas is not somewhere I'd want to live. :scust:

You'd literally never go to the strip anymore after probably a few months. So why live there?

Wow so it actually gets really cold, like 20 degrees? :leon:. Would you need a heavy winter jacket?

I heard that there's like cheap $5 buffets that's like open 24hrs a day. Is that true?

I lived in Phoenix for like 6 months. Are the layouts of the streets similar to that?

Nah you won't need a winter jacket.

There's some, although I won't vouch for their food quality :pachaha: Vegas is a 24 hour town so you can get almost anything at any time of day somewhere.

I don't know PHX's street layout but Vegas is really easy. Wide streets that all run parallel to each other in a grid so it's easy to figure out directions.
