Looks like many cops are delusional. IMO, human beings aren't designed to handle this type of power. I think history proves this.

This is very true in many cases, but specifically to Dorner's own character and behavioral profile, unless we have some compensatory evidence from licensed professionals who have evaluated him thoroughly, we can't really trust or assume the information or details from those whom have dealt with Dorner on personal basis is accurate or correct.
