Yea but that's not going to happen. Playing overseas has been a viable option for recruits for awhile now and still 99.99% of them choose college. And there are different options out there, not every player that goes overseas is going to want to play for Lamelo's team.

And there aren't many recognizable recruits that are going to move the needle anyway. At most there might be one recruit a year that the mainstream masses have any idea about. Like RJ Hampton, no one gave a fukk about or watched him play in New Zealand. So even if they get lucky and get a 5 star talent every 5 years or so, that still doesn't guarantee any type of success, especially financially.
