It's hard to run over a person foot unless the person deliberately puts his foot there

Stop running up on moving big ass machines, in a place where big ass machines are supposed to move and you'll be fine.

But with that running red lights bull shyt I hope he gets some type of penalty from either the organization or the lawsuit

It is possible when you’re in a rush to leave like Lamelo typically is

That wouldn't be your foot unless you got some clown shoes sized feet.
Feet means that you likely ran up to the car while it was leaving and didn't move.

Now with that being said, it was a kid and I'm kinda harsh for expecting him to know better. And like I said above Melo should be more considerate

Ehh, sounds like a money grab

DeBrun says Angell’s family would have filed a claim with Ball’s insurance to pay his medical bills, but the police report is missing key information, like Ball’s insurer and even his name.
“Because that information was not provided, we only have one recourse and that‘s the court system,” DeBrun said.

Stoogenke asked him if the family is “just going after [Ball] because he’s a celebrity and he has deep pockets.”
“I’d say if that was the case, we would have done this a long time ago. They had no desire to seek legal action. They wanted healing,” DeBrun replied.
They’re also suing the Hornets. That day was the team’s annual Purple and Teal Day and -- the family claims -- the team should have had more measures in place to protect fans who would be trying to get close to players.

Sounds like the kid(s) was all near Melo's car when he drove off

ive seen those videos of lamelo driving. yea i believe it. but unless lamelo drove where he wasn't supposed to drive, that's not a lawsuit u can win

Bullshyt. If it happened in a parking lot, the onus is on the driver to not hit people even if it's legal for the car to be there.

Even if you're jaywalking, you can sue a driver that hits you if the driver is negligent too. You just won't get full damages because the driver will only be assessed a certain portion of the blame.
