Laker GM Mitch Kupchak called Ramon Sessions' agent to begin dialogue regarding the free-agent point guard.
I don't even care about Sessions anymore, dude seriously threw me off with the way he played in the playoffs.

Bauman on Kupchak's text about Ebanks: "He told me Devin is a priority, but he has a few things to take care of first."

Talked to Ebanks agent again, David Bauman, at 9:43. Said Kupchak called him shortly our initial phone convo (9:06).

Bauman said he and Kupchak plan to talk more specifics on Monday regarding Ebanks' deal.

Bauman also said a few unspecified teams reached out about wanting to sign Ebanks to multi-year deal. Wouldn't say who.

For now though, Bauman's hope is to get Ebanks multi-year deal with Lakers
I think this means Barnes is gone and we will be going with Ebanks as Ron's back up..
