Laker GM Mitch Kupchak called Ramon Sessions' agent to begin dialogue regarding the free-agent point guard.

I don't even care about Sessions anymore, dude seriously threw me off with the way he played in the playoffs.

Mitch wants to resign Devin Ebanks:

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

Devin Ebanks' agent David Bauman told The Times that Mitch Kupchak contacted him via text expressing interest in re-signing Ebanks

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

Bauman on Kupchak's text about Ebanks: "He told me Devin is a priority, but he has a few things to take care of first."

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

Talked to Ebanks agent again, David Bauman, at 9:43. Said Kupchak called him shortly our initial phone convo (9:06).

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

Bauman said he and Kupchak plan to talk more specifics on Monday regarding Ebanks' deal.

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

Bauman also said a few unspecified teams reached out about wanting to sign Ebanks to multi-year deal. Wouldn't say who.

Mark Medina ‏@MarkGMedina

For now though, Bauman's hope is to get Ebanks multi-year deal with Lakers

I think this means Barnes is gone and we will be going with Ebanks as Ron's back up..

I'm distraught brehs, I feel like committing that! :sadbron:

Were stuck with this potato head fukk :whoo:, with his non-coaching ass.

D-Will just threw our name out there and teased us. :noah:

Gasol is skirt certified and all we looking at for him now is Derrick fukkin Williams

The Heat and Golden State trying to swoop in and snatch Jordan Hill from us. He is one of the only bright spots off the bench. :noah:

We're actually looking at re-signing Ramon Sessions after that debacle of a playoffs he had. :noah:

I swear, brehs, I feel you...I been in denial ever since we got eliminated that we are more likely headed towards :ehh: status than being elite again. As a Laker fan, I still hold out hope for some :gladbron: trade that makes everything better again, but this fukking CBA...it's not meant for us to succeed as currently constructed.

Ima keep faith because we are rarely let down...but more and more I feel like its gonna be awhile for we are THE Los Angeles Lakers again.

Hopefully we can trade Pau for Iggy still. If we don't sign any FA's we have to just get that deal with Beasley, D-Williams, Wesley Johnson :gag: fukk it, lets go with it. oh shyt damn they didn't give Beasley the qualifier, can we still sign and trade with Beasley? I guess we can't. fukk, hopefully we can get someone like Sam Young, Nick Young, JJ Hickson, shyt idk. I still got hope that we can sign and get someone. Hopefully Pau averages a triple double in the Olympics to raise his stock up. fukk it, I guess we have to stay with Pau for now. And just go from there. Nobody wants Artest big contract, we really can't get a great deal out of Pau, unless the Iggy trade happens. I still have hope. :to:

Yes. The T'wolves can still sign and trade Beasley. It's just that if Beasley signs somewhere else on his own, there's nothing we can do about it, whereas with the QO we could match it.

aww alright. I guess the Lakers should take the T-Wolves deal because I doubt we would get anyone else of worth with Iggy if we traded Pau for him. The Lakers should just trade Pau to the Wolves and reward him with playing with his Spainard boy Rub'. Hmmm would the Wolves be able to give up 3 players max for Pau? I would want it to be Beasley, D-Will, and shyt the Wolves don't have any great wings that cant shoot really. IDK Ridnour I suppose or AR 15. If the Lakers are gonna trade Pau, we should and need to get at least 3 players back hopefully, young ones too and that can be worth giving up Pau for. Also, damn we should have offered the Grizz McRoberts for Majo again even though it failed last season lol

Thanks for reinforcing why I'd hate this trade. That part doesn't get fixed.
