Lakers offseason thread: Renovation era

Blake was huge for the Lakers in the Denver series and hit several big shots. Everyone just wants to remember the one miss against OKC. Fisher was. His best plays came when he was bricking layups hard off the backboard that his teammates turned into unintentional alleyoops.
Dude I only remember 1 maybe 2 games where he showed up and hit shots in that series. Other then that, he stunk it up. I even remember him getting scared when he got the ball and looked to dump it off as quickly as possible because he wasn't hitting shyt.
The Lakers now have a pg who can knock down shots consistently, the rift between Steve and minor Steve will be huge next season.

Saying Blake was "Huge" for the Lakers is a HUGE stretch. He had two really good games, one decent one and 4 abysmal performances.
During game 2 he played for 25 minutes, scored no points, and had 3 turnovers to one assist. The next game he played 27 minutes and scored 3 points, had 2 assists, a steal, and a turnover.
Even with all that said, he was still better than Fisher last year. The funny thing is last season people were complaining about Fisher starting over Blake. Now all of a sudden everybody wants Fisher back and Blake gone?
Like I said people are letting nostalgia get to them.
