Brooklyn turns this down because then they’d have no backup to Kyrie. By doing this they’d be all-in on either Chiozza or their draft pick starting 30 games between them.

Nets would be a threatening team if they had Dame instead of Kyrie.... just a thought I had, Kyrie just negates anything good about the team having KD

I have a feeling Draymond will end up a Laker in the future

Dray hasnt looked that good in a while, but if he is in championship form, the trio of him, Bron, AD would be lethal. all they really would need to worry about then is surrounding the team with shooters. Easier said than done but LAL needs to be trying to find the next Dort. someone who can really defend the perimeter.

think Joe Harris asking price will be too much? Maybe Millsap goes the David West route and take MLE?

at first glance this year's free agent crop doesnt look that great. I mean yeah, there are some names out there but either those players have taken a downturn, would be looking for too much $$$, or may fit system wise but not a great fit for the depth chart for whatever reason, $$$, lacking necessary skill on one side of ball or other, etc...

one thing I do agree with what most are saying....try and get rid of Green and Kuz if you can.

This is why I've been next season will be about the same exact teams plus the nets and warriors (though they won't beat Clippers and Heat in respective conferences)

21-22 season is when everything will be tough

Every team will be ready and then there's the off-season where Giannis holds the balance of the league in his hands

He'll either stay in MIL or join GS, MIA, BOS or TOR.

every rumor they have Spencer being traded, maybe they get a backup in FA. There was a rumor that Kuzma for Spence was discussed during trade deadline. Having 4 ball handlers is just too much for one team, they need to get some players who have defined roles.

He could still get moved, but the Nets have to treat backup PG like it’s another starter.

They really need to retool

I can see everyone not named Bron, AD or Rondo not trying to win

Get rid of Green, Jr Smith and Javale for space and better players

It would be nice to replace Javale with Zubac again, sign Oladipo (or Beal? If he's a FA), bring back KCP, Dwight, AD and Rondo

Keep Dudley for the locker room leadership

Gallinari for a pay cut to play for championships

Why would Gallinari take a paycut to go to the Lakers when he turned down a trade to Miami as they wanted him to take less money to maintain cap space in 2021?

one thing I see is that LAL and MIA will both have even BETTER rosters next year. everyone else will have to try and work their magic. MIA is almost guaranteed to pick up a nice player on a 1 year. gonna be a lot of big one-year deals being given out. THJ prob gonna end up on nice 1 year or 2 year (team option) likewise with Grant because they both have pretty much shown their ceilings and could have up year or down year depending on circumstances.

I think one of the biggest questions is where will CP3 end up? any team thats not close to contender status should sit this market out. just see what your draft picks do and dont throw away money in multi year deals.

Supposedly Denver is going to offer Grant a 4 year deal at about $16 million per season plus. They have other choice but to keep him as they won’t have the cap space to bring someone else in if he walks.

Norfeast groovin…
Grant is staying in Denver and Gallinari isn’t likely to leave money of that magnitude on the table. Especially since he’s lost out on from being inury prone earlier in his career.

Last rumors I heard were saying Gallo don’t care about the money he want a ring.
