This looks dope af. I don’t think a trailer is the best thing to make giant conclusions about the voice acting, just wait until you see everything with context
Sounded ok to me. I'll wait until the series premieres before I critique.

I've sat through worst dubs. Also I'm sure this will also have Japanese audio. If the English is too corny I'll just change it to Japanese. :yeshrug:

Man y’all were right. The visuals were good but Lakeith ruined it. Besides sounding bored, his voice lacked authority.

Maybe it’ll be better in the full series but I can’t see how.

Absolutely. I don’t understand how people keep bigging Lakeith up. He’s one note and he doesn’t act well. I found it laughable when people were saying he should have played Fred Hampton over Daniel Kaluuya. Everything I’ve seen him in outside of Atlanta, which is a way he is playing his quirky self, he’s been meh at best. Does anyone remember death note?

Who tf was saying that? He was great in the hampton movie, get out? Sorry to bother you, uncut gems, knives out. You bugging. No one remembers death note because it was a trash movie regardless of who was in it

I think he's a good actor but he's def "quirky" like you said. Can't just put him in any role.
