did you have an epidural? i know women that didn't feel ANY pain once the epidural shot was administered .... not even the crowning. just a lot of pressure but no pain...

The girdle will only help so much if the doctor sewed your stomach and muscles back together carelessly. My bf and his doctor friends have told me plenty of stories about how a doctor may be tired and just not really give af about the way they sew it back together. That could make it impossible for you to ever get rid of your mom pouch.

However, they all made the comment that doctors, esp male doctors, usually make sure they sew the vagina up right (sometimes making it even tighter).
