Yeah, condos are in and opening up. A movie theater just opened up. The Lum hotel next door got a make over. Electronic billboards everywhere. The thing that sucks is the new Metro rail line- The K Line- goes through downtown Inglewood to the north of SoFi and Intuit Dome but should've been stretched-rerouted south for train stops for SoFi, Intuit, and all the other new sh*t that's going to be built. That was the real screwup but the city is going to build a "people mover" that connnects the K Line to the new entertainment areas. Still a lot of older properties and business in the area, hopefully they hold on, but we'll see.So all that area by the forum is pretty much completely redone? I was last there around 2018 before Sofi opened (main building wasn't even up yet).
It looks weird. Where are the luxury suites? Looks boring like the Rose Garden inside
