This is fukking terrible 🤣...

The Documentary isn't a Top 30 LA album, maybe not Top 40. I could easily argue it isn't even Game's best work...

Putting that album at #8 is beyond absurd...

They lowballed the fukk outta To Pimp A Butterfly. It's EASILY Top 5...

2001 is too high at #6 and has been overrated for years. It's not hard to put 10 LA drops over this...

So they've basically said All Eyez On Me is the only "LA 2Pac", to which I don't agree with, he was recording and filming his videos in LA as early as Strictly 4 My nikkaz. They should explain "why" they only giving 2Pac one LA album because while it's certainly ambiguous, you could argue he was in LA mode before All Eyez On Me, just without the Suge influence. Hell wasnt he filming Poetic Justic and Menace II Society around the times of Strictly 4 My nikkaz and Me Against The World?

2Pac had been in LA. I dont agree with this at all, All Eyez On Me deserves Top 10 but its not his best album and making it the only Pac album on here is wild dumb...

This is an LA Transplant's Top 100, or a guy surrounded by non-blacks. No way this guy is from LA and has a team of Black Angelenos...

@Don Jesus you know we bytch and talk our shyt and yall do these lists to inspire engagement anyway 🤣 so it's all good, come in here and talk your shyt and give us some insight...
low balled we come strapped death threats... safe + sound...and it takes a thief

You really have to question if the person making this list is black and/or from la or any part of socal. You have non la artist on this list, mixtapes and personal bias for/against certain artists/albums.

Only thing I agree with is the top 3 which should be Death Certificate, Doggystyle, the chronic.
I think mixtapes are fair game as they've essentially functioned as albums for quite some time now...

But I agree with the rest of your points!
Atlanta gonna have 50 mixtapes :russ:
See above, I think mixtapes are eligibke but your point is hilarious.....and youre probably right!
Did you feel that way 3/30/19 ?
No, at that time I wasn't thinking of it within that context. But I also didn't think of To Pimp A Butterfly or Good Kid Maad City in the context of All-Time albums when they dropped either...

For me, I'm generally slow to grade albums, I'm not in a rush to crown anything when it's going up against generations and decades of music. It takes me a little while to give what I feel is a comfortable grade----->and while I have favorite artists, I don't have a single person I follow closely enough that I'm a Day 1 listener...

I normally catch these records months after their release; I don't work in the music industry, I have kids and other interests, so while I hear about these albums when they drop, I'm doing other shyt. I get around to listening to them some time after, and then it takes me a while to really gauge it and process it...

I don't think I listened to Victory Lap until late 2018, and I only gave it like two spins. I didn't play it more until after he passed. I'm a Nip guy but I wasn't a super fan, I'd been listening to him since Crenshaw. In life I liked him and thought his music was steadily progressing but no I didn't give Victory Lap consistent burn until after he died...

Once I really did it was clear to me it's one of the greatest albums ever...

More than likely “Ameriikkka’s Most Wanted” will be #1
They lowballed the fukk out of it. I think it's GOAT5 but even if someone thinks it's lower, there's no way you could justify Documentary over it 🤣 I don't think you can justify 2001 or All Eyez On Me over it either...

seeing Victory Lap in the the top 10 validates the list.:wow:

AMAZING ALBUM. songwriting/storytelling/production
one of the few perfect albums weve received in the past few years.

also

The Documentary is a S Tier album. it’s closer to GOAT level albums than yall would like to admit. Y’all let Game antics control your perspective on Documentary. It’s better than alot of albums y’all call “GOAT” :sas1:

but yall not ready for that:sas2:
