It's a forum to you but when someone reveals their life to people looking for advice or a place to vent and those same things are used against you, that can really eat away at someone. I think the best tool in an instance like this is the ignore feature, not making a thread about it.

No, the best tool is a thread. If we're going to treat this place as a miniature society (which a lot of posters do) then theres no reason to ignore shyt like that. We ignore, and brush off enough stuff in the real world. If someone has an opinion on here, fukk it, let it be known. None of that ignore shyt. Ignoring cancer just allows it to grow, facing it head on is the only cure. There is no room for that shyt here. There's enough of our people getting called ******s, and getting murked in the real world. Even with all the fukkery on this board I've seen, it should still be a place of solace for minorities. I respect that about the Coli.

When I say "this is the internet who cares" I meant that is in no one should be that emotionally invested into it, but it should a community in a sense that we can congregate and talk about where society fails us without being called ******s by the people who are where we are in the world. The definition of a community is a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common. No one's saying this shyt should be a family. I'm saying that at the very least, no one should have to worry about being called a ****** on this site, because we all go through the same shyt. Yesterday I had someone warn me that I should be wary of letting people know that my dad is sick, because of some of the jokes people might crack that might "ruin my day" My response? Who gives a fukk what some nikkas on the internet have to say negative about MY LIFE. MY LIFE. Dude could have easily just got up and walked away from the computer after they were cracking on him. No one forced him to watch the shyt. Which goes back to not being emotionally invested into the site. No one on here should be able to seriously hurt your feelings here. Because no one knows anyone here personally. Him saying ****** on the board didn't "hurt my feelings", there's just no room for that in general.

But maybe I'm different. I know hot separate the internet from the world. I don't think about the Coli once I get off.

Everyone who felt the need to attack him could've went into another thread or walked away, this forum has a big thing where we can all attack someone and then cry when the shoe is on the other foot. Just personal shyt he revealed, the thread was too long. I remember going in there and wondering why we're shytting on a young dude for having a job and trying. These coli nikkas are selectively offended by shyt, it's not only hypocritical, it's bytch made. If you can pop shyt expect it to be popped back and don't catch feelings over it.
