I'm talking about the Celtics and Spurs. Keep up. And negged too for slandering the gawd Thibs.
I didn't know his trade request list had rankings.

Im not slandering Thibs, He would admit that he needs to be a better more creative offensive coach

i) Before LeBron came he was in shytty systems, with shytty and/or young players and was forced to be the sole provider for the team.
ii) When LeBron came, he had to fit with his style of play + the offense that came with it, and take the opportunities as they came. When you're a PG on a LeBron-led team, you're never going to be able to run a team, so I don't quite understand how you'd vilify him for that when he wasn't in the situation to do so. I don't know why this continually needs to be said.

Kyrie has shown (under Blatt, particularly) that he's a willing player in trying to get the ball moving. I wouldn't say he's done it against his will, he's done what he believes is in the best interest of the team (in order to win). He's NEVER been in a situation with proper talent and scheme that encourages ball movement - that much is true.

There's a reason why the two teams at the top of his trade-wishlist were teams with motion-based offenses.
I am not villifying him for it. It is what he is and it is what most of the star players are. I'm not going to make excuses for LeBron not having different offensive systems in place for him because he's clearly doing what he wants.

I can't think of any other allstar PG or SG who gets excuses made for him about this. Regardless of the offensive scheme or teammates, you can see what players excel at and what they prefer to do. Isolation scoring, shooting, and ball handling are his elite skills so it is no surprise he uses those more. In playmaking, passing etc, he is clearly behind some of his peers. If he wants to focus on improving those areas, good for him.

"Irving has based his wishlist on the square root circumference of the Sun, next to the surface diagonal area of the states which are occupied by NBA teams, by the distance closest to the end of the Earth's plat - Boston and San Antonio coming out on top, with Miami, New York and Minnesota following close behind."

Bron stans don't make spam threads about how other people are fans of Bron.
This SCCTT dude or whatever the hell he goes by is one of the worst posters on the board.
It's one Kobe blowjob thread after another.

I'm not anti-Kobe or anti-Lakers.
But if you can point out to me the Lebron stan version of this Scctt dude I'll start bashing that motherfukker's threads too. But I just don't see it.
:manny:

LEBRON GROUPIES ARENT SOLID .. THEY WAS HEAT FANS 3 YEARS AGO AND CAVS FANS NOW. SO ULL NEVER CATCH SOMEONE WIT MY LEVEL OF SOLIDARITY ON TEAM BRONZE, PERIOD.

I better hope not, because even when coaches try to implement their own system, he still goes out and does what he wants.

The issue here is that folk are using Kyrie's inability to 'run' an offense with/without LeBron, as if the team wasn't designed around Bron's style of play and skillset (even down to the lineups), leading to the belief that Kyrie is no more than an ISO scorer who can't be the #1 guy. Which is what Dwight Howard was responding to.

It's not about what he excels and doesn't at, it's about what role Kyrie was forced to play.

He's Lebron fukking James.

If you're going to design a team around a player, why the fukk wouldn't it be around Lebron instead of Kyrie?

Not that you're arguing otherwise, but let's just be clear about the ridiculousness of the (somewhat implied) accusation here.
