Watch them play. It's self evident.

uhm i do watch them play. they are similar in a lot of ways. i think if dame played with a player better than him, he would be even better because he would get less attention from the defense....the same benefit kyrie gets playing with lebron

if you think kyrie is better thats fine, but 10X is a huge exaggeration. dame is very close to kyrie IMO

Im just telling the truth. What does Kyrie stand to lose by being a premier scorer in the NBA as a the leader of a team, as opposed to being a sidekick to LBJ on a winning team that probably won't win another title as long as GS still exist...

Alot of folks on here and outside the coli don't respect Kyries game as it is. Even after the 2016 title and after leading Cle in scoring for the playoffs in 2016.

Kyrie might as well go to a team where he can set records and prove himself.

This.

Bron stans just want super talented players like Kyrie to use their talents just to better LeBron's legacy. They know he's a real #1 option rather than a Pau Gasol type.

Kobe won 2 out of 3 rings with sidekicks. LeBron won 3 out of 7 being surrounded by another #1 caliber option in Kyrie and D-Wade. Yet no one calls him out for it.

The Bron stans just want to continue to have an elite superstar like Kyrie to carry LeBron to more chips but not get credit for it.

Kyrie's status won't be elevated unless:

A) he continues to have success in the playoffs
B) he adds the ability to make plays for others in a steady fashion
C) he transforms on the defensive end to be anything other than a liability

He's given no indication of being able to do B or C. And A will likely not be possible unless he's going to a good team which may run counter to what you're proposing--i.e. Kyrie can go be the alpha elsewhere. Let's remember that Kyrrie's stock has elevated since being partnered with LBJ--largely because he has had the opportunity to be featured on the grandest stage in the NBA Finals. Riddle me this, who had the better season last year between Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant? How you answer will say everything.

Fukk outta here. Kyrie was already an all-star and 20+ppg scorer at 21 years old before LeBron joined him. He was being called the next Chris Paul aka future best PG in the league. Since then he's not really moved up any. If anything his standing has fallen as guys like Steph Curry, John Wall, and Russell Westbrook have gotten all the PG love.

Kyrie views himself as good as them. And early on before LeBron came most people thought he had the potential to be as good as them as well. But now with LeBron he's had his game diminished at every turn.

:yeshrug:... maybe you're right and it's a media wide conspiracy to actively avoid the biggest scoop in sports at the moment just so they can get clicks for purely fictional fraudulent reporting instead

For your sake I hope windhorst will go stalk LeBron's crib, wait for him to leave then try to perform an ambush interview, force a camera and old school tape recorder in his face to have him go "no comment" on some O'Reilly Factor type shyt to put your mind at ease
