I wouldn't be surprised if the Mavs push hard. They're getting overlooked but are also known to push hard for star players. They have a great coach there and I'm not sure they're down to tank for years to come. I think they can sell Kyrie on being the face of a Texas franchise


Either way this isn't happening until next offseason. No way the Cavs trade Kyrie for the assets out there. There isn't anything out there that makes them better than they are now and they're chasing a ring. All the superstars are off the market. Next year when Bron leaves they can just get a flurry of assets for the future, or better yet hope Kyrie changes his mind.

Because that team is built around Lebron and his skillset. Wasn't it the exact same situation in Miami? When Bron sat out the team usually lost, even tough Bosh and Wade were on the floor? I know Wade was physically limited at times, but Bosh could still go.
