Wow, everyone HATES Kyrie now, solely on the strength of Lebron. :pachaha:

When Kyrie was a Cav saving Lebron from another finals loss he was loved. But now?:wtb:

Lebron stans are the worst because they hop from team to team, they give the saddest reasons for his losing finals record, they're in denial about everything except for his hairline. Scrolling through these types of threads is pure comedy.

Like who? I haven't seen much hate for him. If the voting was done today, he wouldn't be close to winning MVP so threads like this are going to be met with some disagreement, but you're awfully sensitive if you interpret that as hate.

Don't know what you mean. Who are these "nikkas" telling you that it's wrong to hate a player? That's wild if they're doing that.

You're awfully blind if you can't see the hate and negative views on his abilities and character since he got traded.

Kyrie's always been a polarizing figure though. A lot of people think he's better than Curry for example while many don't even think he's a Top 7/8 PG.

Has nothing to do with him leaving.

You're just a Kobe fanboy/Lebron hater. The "hate" that you see for kyrie is mostly legit push back against the way dude has been overrated, which is rooted in lebron hate starting with the '16 finals when mainly Kobe cocksuckers jumped on kyrie' dikk as a way to slight Lebron. Kobe fags are still the worst group of sports which is saying something since he's retired.

Any hate Kyrie gets in here really isn't about Kyrie. His stans have been doing exactly what they've been complaining that LeBron stans do.

Cut it out bro. I love Kyrie on the C’s but he has not been leading the team. He often gets frozen out on plays and he’s been on a shooting slump for quite some time. Tonight he played a phenomenal game and that is the kind of play I expect from him. He’s been doing his job defensively but he’s not a defensive stopper. He’s gonna be better for us than IT was and has better chemistry with Horford than IT did but he still needs to adjust to the team and it shows. Often he doesn’t know when to be aggressive and gets lost when having to play off the ball. He needs to take control of the game ala IT more often.

His numbers are worse this year than last year and the bench has often brought us back into games after our starting core gets us into a deficit. I’ve watched every game Kyrie ain’t the leader of the team it’s Horford and he’s more worthy of MVP than Kyrie is. Let’s keep it funky here.

It's called him being on a new team and not having his all-star co-anchor for the season.

I'm not saying that Kyrie has been the perfect player or that his transition into Steven's system has been seamless. I'm not even denying that he is playing below his individual standards (if you're talking about stats and facilitating the offense). But dude is still averaging 20 and 5 while shooting 32% from beyond the arc. And he's the player they go to at the end of games to close them out. He dropped 11 in the 4th quarter against the Warriors and was a big reason why the Cs overcame the huge deficient against them. Last night against the Hawks, he scored 30 and was a big reason why they overcame a 16-point deficit. He also closed the game with some big shots in the final minutes.

Defensively, he's shown so much more improvement due to effort and buying into Stevens' system. He's been playing his best defense as a pro. His individual defense has helped make the Cs defense #1 in the league.

Of course he needs to continue to get acclimated with our team and fine tune himself but that'll come with time. His shot selection will go up and in turn so will his shooting percentages. But Kyrie is as much of a reason as anybody else as to why we've won 15 straight, have the league's best record and are on top of the East.

Horford is also worthy of MVP consideration but Horford without Kyrie wouldn't yield the results that we've enjoyed. It's not like Horford and IT won 15 straight for the league's best record. Horford's my favorite for DPOY though.

My offer still stands. Don't let me post the messages of you backing down to that one on one, puccy. Talk tough for all to see but back down to the gawd in private when it's time to name a time and location.
