I think explainin bars is appropriate in something like this cause really we all emcee's
and sometimes wordplay, double meanings can be extensivley hidden.
I've always been a fan of stuff like Lupe, old Jay Z, shyt even modern Daylyt, Lux bars. Cause sometimes I be like "oh fukk I didn't catch that"
But we only got 2 days to vote ya know

I feel you though, you should be able to get it on a listen, but I like writin so you get more on each listen
yea i hated doing that....but i knew that shyt was gonna be be really hard to catch on a track even with the vocal inflections on certain words.
I literally ran both of these back like 3 times, and I feel like I'm still catching bars on every listen. Gems for days hidden in these verses.Kush's first verse was cool, but I felt it was too caught up in scheming, and not enough direct attacks. 2nd verse was my least favorite of the 3. 3rd verse?
Murderous. I feel like this is where you REALLY started coming for Ak's neck, and started tying the schemes together WITH the attacks in a very effective manner. I don't watch enough URL to really catch any biting, but regardless, you made it believable. Favorite bars were the "Ak tore" lines, and the "Cardiac Arrest" bars at the end. Very dope.@AkaDemiK track started off a little vague with the schemes as well, but quickly picked up steam and was lethal from halfway through the first verse to the very end of the track. More potent bars throughout, the Playstation scheme was super clever, and the whole "air 'em out, shoot the breeze" stanza was
. Excellent beat choice for the Dark Side, too. Gave the battle the more personal feel I was hoping for.I can go on and on highlighting bars from both of these tracks though, and y'all are both serious problems. I think we all deserve to advance, but there can only be one from each battle obviously, and I gotta go with Ak on this one. More consistent throughout, felt the delivery more, and the bars overall were a bit more potent.
to both y'all and best of luck.I agree...he made it believable...far from true tho lol....everything i've been writing up to this point is either shyt that came to while i'm doing random shyt or bars i actually had saved on my phone over the last 3 weeks...i have so many bars that i've been coming up with over these 3 weeks that i had to leave out shyt from some of these battles.....biting is one of the worst things you can do as an mc....i'd never do that shyt....

I know I've written similar schemes as people, just cause there's only so many ways to say something lol. back in the day I remember I wrote 3-4 punchlines that Banks ended up doing almost verbatim, and I know he ain't hear my shyt.
Like I've heard Daylyt say everyone in the Nissan dead, You Niece, Son, dead which I guess is similar to neice on the floor, nissan the floor.
Just like I have no clue if Ak's girls name is Julie, or if he even has a girl

Also I wrote my acura honda front wheel bugattis nissan datsun manifold car scheme as if it was a URL battle without a beat. I think it wouldn't been better if it was acapella and I could hit certain words correctly
