They are. By every measuring metric there is. Does it mean they are perfect? Of course not. There will NEVER be a perfect society.
He was captured alive, not given a death penalty. He will live in a prison cell that is better and more equiped than our dorms here in America. He will be rehabillited or at least there will be an actual medical effort to do so. He won't be doing prison labor to further the profits of private prisons.

The only moron is you. There were several threads at the old site about this picture. It was later revealed that the artist, who was black, chose to make this artwork. The idea wasn't forced on the artist. It was done solely in this manner to gain attention to the cause in Africa.
