heated heavy, Murda mo, silence, power, dummy man, drama, thug mentality, I still believe >>>>>>>>

I was late to this, though. Probably didn't finally listen to this until like late 2000. I was always shocked by all the features he had on there.

"Just like I figured when they twisted it
The ak47 was hot, I had to drop it when I emptied it
The mac-11 begin
Hit the nikkas up from head to toe"

I always loved that part.

aww shucky-ducky

SILENCE is my chit. another joint that sounds better today than it did back then. hell, graveyard shift as a whole fits that description. i think this was really supposed to be on their album.

i always rocked with kray's verse even back then. but now the whole song stays on repeat when i play this album.

SO I PAUSE MY NINTENDO, AND I WALK OVER TO THE WINDOW/
IS IT PARANOIA FROM THE INDO?

the way he said that line always had me like :deadrose:

RIP TOMBSTONE

Bizzys first album a personal classic to me,that Layzie album though:patrice:? Krayzies album surprised me becuz of how much I liked it and he was my 3rd favorite in the group at the time probably....Bizzy and Johnny J made a helluva team though:banderas:....I got the idea Ruthless sabatoged Bizzys album cuz he definitely shoulda been bigger than what he was,I remember the hype there was for Bizzy and it wasn't the same for Krayzie yet he did better:ohhh:...Bizzy and Krayzie obviously are the best artist in the group though, and we cant forget the necessity of Uneek.....id say Thug World Order was the ending,i remember Ressurection still getting play, but you kinda knew it was over at Thug World Order time, they was tryna hold the group together but the chemistry just wasn't there....not sure how much was due to no not enuff Uneek and how much was due to group issues:manny:...I do think Uneek is undercredited though.

Like @Leti Cook said Layzie fuked my agenda up,i knew Layzie wasn't perceived as second best but I thought he was gon prove it with the albumand take his rightful place, with the classic name change to go with it

HOLD UP THO.

how you gonna just leave flesh out the convo?

i remember at one point, people would argue that he had the best solo. now hes just the elephant in the room.

you actually could argue that in terms of solo,BUT the fact as a rapper I THINK everybody agrees Bizzy,Krayzie,Layzie are the 3 best....I remember Layzie outshining Flesh on both songs he was on on that album, and the production mostly carries that Thugs album imo...it aint eve that Flesh is a bad rapper, its just I fukk with Bizzy,Krayzie,Layzie as rappers way too tough for him to pass any of them....he woulda had to make his presence felt and make a statement on the group albums for that to happen:manny:...where u got FLesh at?

He shoulda kept Thug Queen around,i remember her actually killin a couple tracks, and she was cute and had acool delivery and good rap voice.

edit-n/m:dead:

The “Thug Queen” a$sociated with rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is suing the group for $22.5 million dollars, claiming that she was never paid royalties for his contributions to a 1998 album by the group. Kamilha Greer filed the lawsuit against Mo Thug Records, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Ruthless Records in the Cuyahoga County Court in Ohio.Greer claims that she wrote Mo Thugs Family Scripture Chapter II: Family Reunion, which was released in May of 1998.

Greer claims she contributed lyrics to the songs “Mighty Mighty Warrior,” “The Queen” “Otherside/Outro” and “Ghetto Cowboys,” which was the album’s lead single, that also struck #1 on the U.S. rap charts

i dont know. lyrically, flesh is low-key the 2nd best in the group behind bizzy but i think flesh dropped the ball by switching his flow up to that whisper stuff on that album(TRUE PIONEER of the whisper flow).

i mean, you can say that any of them had the best solo album and i wouldnt argue. my vote changes daily, altho layzie's debut will always be my personal favorite.(***ducks tomatoes***)

real talk, im not surprised that they got wiped out of history.

the industry was always throwing shade at them. jipping them out of awards, half-ass acknowledging them, half-ass magazine ratings.

bone was always the peoples champions. they used to keep the viewer request countdowns & shows on lock and be #1 for months. but usually those same videos would not be #1 on the channel-programmed countdowns. same with radio - up here at least. they used to pull the same chit, until they eventually stopped playing them altogether. even when they were still amongst the biggest names & sellers in the game.

Man remember that bullshyt XXL said about them during that Biggie tribute issue? Said something like Biggie's flow overshadowed those braided hair thugs from Cleveland. I swear dude who wrote taht should have been thrown down some steps for disrespecting Bone like that
