How does one producer create a GOAT Spiderman with Miles films and then do the complete opposite?!

Different divisions. The Sony animation department aren't the same people at Sony's live-action department.

Sony could have done what James Gunn is doing with DC. Have their adult Spider-Man in his own movies while the MCU continues with college Holland Spider-Man doing his thing. Or at least do Miles Morales in a live action. Hell, even Spider-Gwen.

Anything is better than Morbius, Kraven, Madam Webb, etc!

I don't think that would work tho...too much Spidey, so fatigue would set in. Hell, the demo for the Spider verse flicks aren't even the same as the Holland Spidey, which is more than likely why they couldn't get him to do them, even though it was a joint venture between the companies with Holland.

I do think they should've done a Hobie Brown Prowler flick though. He checks every angle they've attempted, from villain, to anti-hero, to hero, to Spidey-adjacent. And they could've told any story they wanted since Hobie is almost a clean slate.

But this wasn't bad...at least not as bad as the critics are trying to make it.

Kraven the Hunter shouldn't be a superhero or anti-hero. Period.

He wasn't really either in this one. They played his hunter nature, but they also gave him folks to hunt....but there were no good guys. The movie would've been better had they gone full crime drama.

This also means they could use any spiderman.

So if they didn't want to confuse audiences by having Holland appearing outside the MCU. they could've brought in Tody or Andrew and claimed this was an alternate universe.

Could have set these movies in the same universe as the The Amazing Spider-Man and bought in Garfield to pass the torch to the first live-action Miles Morales and build from there...but nah. They were deadset on having a Peter Parker Spider-Man or nothing.

Beating the MCU/Disney to the punch with Miles in both live-action and animation would have given them bragging rights.

Kick ass all grown up actually is believable as a superhero...that this works better than venom separated from the marvel universe.

Good Sunday morning viewing movie. That is in the same type of spam cable movie that aquaman is on tnt. Eventually it could be on tnt or fx and wear on you. That the first aquaman gets nods from me on score and variables. I originally paid no attention to. Surprisingly kraven has a fake deso score. That not as dope as aquaman. Still has sleeper qualities.
as good background music meets audiophile quality level of playability.

Movie never made me hate it.
like the other spider verse films by Sony.
Kraven may have some decent legs. I liked it better than the first venom and it is a bit below the third venom as far as liking Sony spider - venom universe movies.
As I liked the third venom and this is deso enough like venom was.
The guy who plays the rhino is like a fake decent Javier Bordeaux meets superhero inter national arms dealer type dude. That works and Russell crown is just a disgustingly good bustard as a father in this. That sometimes. I felt crowe had shamed the younger brother into being a completely ai filmed or made construct. As sometimes the younger brother in this just does not look real at all. Like straight ai.

Like what happens with the younger brother in this movie. That sometimes I just was like. Is this guy made in cgi?
That was my only issue with the movie.

KRAVEN is similar to a fake mid 2000 superhero style film.
that i found fake decent.

Kick ass all grown up is actually top notch in this.

I watched this shyt with the Arabic subtitles on Friday morning. 100% mid. The story is boring but the action is A1.

The action doesn't last that long on screen for me to recommend it. I hope whoever came up with the fights, and put it on film gets another chance to display their work in a better movie.

watched first hour and fell asleep. couldn't believe how long they stuck around with the kid (25 year old really) version of Kraven. it was the longest flashback sequence i can recall in a movie like this. they had the main actor in the movie offscreen for like 20-25 minutes
