I don't understand having hero or villain live action movies without both sides in the movie. Villains fighting villains is really all Sony can do. Its unfortunate.

Which means the screen writers will make one up. Problem is screenwriters are <<<<<< Stan Lee and other actual comicbook story writers.
The best comicbook movies are usually based on an popular established story arc. The ones that flop are usually entirely made up for the film.
Blade being the sole exception. Comics actually started copying what they did in his movie,
