Adding characters to a fighting game later is certainly not something that KI invented. Also, in KI you have to pay for the additional characters, in SFV you do not. Your statement is 100% false.

You are incorrect, you have to pay for the new characters in SF5 if you want them however with enough time played you can unlock them with "fight money" In KI you get rotating free characters. You pay for all new content in sf5 not balance updates. Much like KI

With both games you buy it and they will be updated periodically with characters and patches.

With KI you have the option to play the game with one character for free monthly with SF% you dont have that option. KI allows you to buy in game items with game money you earn (not characters however)

Only reason why Final Fantasy 7 is coming to X Box One is because Microsoft probably begged Square Enix, cause Square themselves were claiming that Final Fantasy 7 was gonna be a PS4 exclusive only at first.

Xbox owners don't care about Final Fantasy or JRPGs in general. The sales are going to be so lopsided in PS4s favor, it mind as well be exclusive. Microsoft knows this and probably doesn't care enough to press SE about their games.

Only way Capcom is getting my money for the additional characters is if they put Cody, Guy and Hagger from Final Fight in the game. They put Cody, Guy and that other chick from Final Fight 3 in Street Fighter Alpha 3, and she's also in the current Street Fighter 5 game, and they might as well put Hagger in too. I also wished Capcom would drop a Darkstalkers video game also. Demitri and Morrigan was them nikkas.

Yeah PS4 does have better graphics. I seen Titanfall for X-Box One awhile back, and that bullshyt looked like an X Box 360 game.
