He's better than Swagger,Miz and Ryback right now. They just need to give him a change of direction in character and see what happens. Midcard titles are a fukking graveyard at the moment and all the guys he tagged with fukked him over with injuries or suspensions (Evan Bourne) he isn't as bad as most online make him out to be. He might have that Shelton syndrome where they happy being on TV and playing video games all day but I wouldn't throw in the towel on the nikka just yet.

Agree about Ziggler and Swagger these fukkers get an army of people to draw heat for them and they reactions have always been :beli:


Ziggler isn't even a great heel his promo game is weak and his moveset is face as fukk. Ziggler just got the benefit of booking giving him Vickie Guerrero as a mouthpiece when his career was going nowhere fast while Kofi got pushed into tag teams that would go nowhere due to having no credible opponents.

Swagger was obviously a guy they wanted to give the push to from day one. The guy just can't get a reaction on his own and his wrestling isn't all that from a guy with an amateur background.

Team him up again with another directionless wrestler and form a team. Have them chase the tag titles for months only for Kofi to turn on his partner when they are on the verge of getting them. Kofi gives a promo about how "they" only want to see him fly around the ring and smile because they know that he's a real threat to the establishment. From there let him get a run with the IC or USA belt for a few months again and then let him defeat someone to for the World belt and be a duel champ. They would have to do something big like that to get Kofi over.

I think his ceiling is the WHC scene on SD! and that's a good spot for him. I don't think he'll ever become a full-fledged main eventer, though.

When its all said and done someday WWE will make a Kofi Kingston highlight reel with spots like this, and his rumble/elimination chamber spots and it will destroy anything like it besides Jeff Hardy's. Kofi is in a great spot in the roster to me; we talk about midcard depth...to have a healthy midcard, some guys need to stay there and entertain :manny:
