not to capture him. Plus it was live he couldnt stop cameras from accidentally catching him. He wasn’t even in the background.

Interesting. So Bron was wearing a hoodie that covered his face which is why none of the cameras zoomed in on him. I have to take back my last comment about him never being one to run away from the limelight. I now have new found respect for LeBron. He wanted to grieve in private and not make this about himself. Unfortunately we all ran to the conclusion that he wasn't there made it about him. Bad on us. We shoulda known better. LeBron has always been nothing but classy. Plus he has a heart of gold. There was zero chance he wasn't going to show up for Kobe's memorial.

Dude was seen crying getting off the team plane the day Kobe died. He was then seen crying during the first game in staples before he spoke. I'm guessing he didn't wanna be seen being all emotional once again. Lotta guys like D-Wade and AD were wearing sunglasses for the same reason.

I used to be the biggest Bron hater ever but Kobes passing got me out of that lane quick..

The man got a Kobe tattoo on his thigh and you all really questioning if he was there..

Exactly. There were entire convoys with LA Kings players, Clippers and Lakers and magically Bron isn’t there. People just looking for shyt to dredge up.

For one, the cameramen were instructed who/what to shoot. You never saw clear shots of Natalia or Pam/Joe. This wasn’t about who was there or how it would be perceived. Same shyt with Beyonce. If you ask her to pull up, she reserves the right to ask you (the host) to chill out with all of the camera flashes when she’s grieving too and has to perform two songs flawlessly.

a lot has changed in just a month so it’s understandable that now that the dust is settling a little that some of these brehs don’t wanna be “all in the videos” like Puffy. Just being around each other today must have been tough and out of that whole arena this was the first time 99% of those people had seen Vanessa in person in YEARS (including Joe and Pam). And for this to be reason to see her, it fukking sucks breh.

I tip my hat to the Lakers and AEG for a damn good job today. The “right” people spoke even tho that list could’ve been 20x longer. The people who spoke did a great job touching every base: family, player, Gigi and his impact.
