Very plausible that they crossed paths. There’s literally footage of Pac at Lakers games at the Forum with tons of people showing love. A lot of the Death Row crew were football and b-ball fans

That would have been the Eddie Jones Lakers. Kobe was drafted summer 96. Pac died in the fall. Not sure they were even playing preseason games yet.
