Kobe had a confidence and assuredness that was contagious that I adopted it.

Look at this past tense nonsense. This shyt ain't fair.

I literally grew up with Kobe and saw him more than my own dad. To see him mature in the league from a wide eyed cocky kid to a mentor and teacher, he showed me the path of what a man is.

Own your mistakes, your failures and your wins. But never stop there.

This is some bullshyt.

I keep my hope up that this isn't real because he leaves behind the rest of his family without a teacher, father and his daughter beside him.

I don't respect cheaters and was bothered when he did but here's the thing. He seemed very remorseful. From my understanding he never did it again and built a great family.

If that's the case it can totally be forgiven and I never think that. But it showed he was a human being.

He was so close to his daughter. That energy is power. That's purity. All these idiots moving sideways, treating people bad, crime, murder can get wrecked.

What Kobe had that energy that originality is inspiring.

I saw it on Worldstar and stared at my screen in disbelief. I felt out of body. When reality just doesn't match. I saw it on tmz, froze and just kept saying what the fukk,what the fukk?

I was out of it for hours.

I love Pac. He’s my favorite rapper and I was a bigger fan of him than I am of Kobe.

But this hurts more because it’s more shocking. Everyone that knew Pac knew he was out there living reckless and could go at any time. Kobe was more grounded and established. I just watched his interview with Matt Barnes and Stack last week and he had the next 30 years of his life mapped out.


And secondly the death of his daughter. That beautiful little Black girl that had her whole life ahead of her to be taken out so fast and violently.

To me this is sadder than Pac, Mike and Prince because of the innocence of GiGi. It just puts it over the top for me.

I lost my daughter when she turned 18. Its one of those things as a parent where I felt helpless as she faded away after fighting for 2 months. You just want to trade places with them.

I just know that Kobe wasnt thinking about himself. He was likely hurt that he couldnt do anything at that moment to protect her from what was coming.

Ive been reading up on it, looks like experts think they accidentally flew too high into the clouds and couldn't see, so tried descending while turning but popped out of the clouds too late, clipped the top of the hill and then it landed where it did in the photos of the crash site
