kept tabs on him as a laker fan and would browse the pelicans forum and they were legit disgusted by his defense. some dudes liked him but others were completely off of him no matter what the price was going to be. he's one of those dudes that look great on the highlights and box scores and then he's on your team and it's but the last 2 years he's been playing for a contract so that could be the reason why.

N.O brought him in to play with Davis. Once Davis went out, he had to be there rim protector which we know he was never good at. Hes a good switch defender and guard out on the perimeter, and they got Mitchell Robinson so I dont think his defense will be a big issue for the Knicks. On the plus side, he is a legit 20/10 player with decent playmaking ability. He can get you buckets at will. One thing being overlooked is the fact that his 3-point shooting increased from 22% to 34%. Still not great, but pretty decent considering he shot 195 3s. I think this is a good pickup for NY.

Handle getting at least 18 million. Add in Knicks premium, we're looking at 22 million.

This is what we need to be doing anyways, invest in long term young players. He's not a locker room cancer and is down for improving himself. Easily the best player on the Knicks as constructed.

I'm going on with the assumption that Nilikina and those g-league guys are gone, Knicks could sign JJ Reddikk to pair with that 2nd round rookie. I forgot about DSJ, based on his career so far Rozier would be an upgrade over him.
