Apparently, the baller was part of the violent spark.

Bow Wow And Kiyomi Leslie were both arrested under battery charges following a physical altercation that occurred over Super Bowl weekend. The police picked up both entertainers since they could not determine who had initiated the violence. Shad Moss' camp blames Kiyomi while the model insists Moss started the whole thing because he was jealous "over another man." Now, this man is being named as NBA luminary, Shaquille O'Neal.

According to the legal documentation obtained by Atlanta Black Star, the incident went down on Friday at “Shaq’s Fun House,” a party hosted by the ball player where both Bow Wow and Kiyomi were in attendance. “Mr. Moss [Bow Wow] stated that Ms. Holden [Leslie] was all over another man’s body in the party. A man Mr. Moss referred to as Shaquille,” the police report read. “Mr. Moss stated that he felt very disrespected by her behavior, that the argument became heated, that Ms. Holden started yelling loudly and calling him “bytch-ass n—–. “

Shaquille O'Neal has not commented on the issue and the two other parties have been quiet about this detail of the story as well. After the arrest, Bow Wow and Leslie were both released on a bond of $8000 each.

Call didn’t make sense. Police had already came, she said she didn’t want medical attention, she was already outside in her Jeep during that second call. Why didn’t she just drive away instead of staying parked in front of his house.

She says the police had come but they wouldn't let her out the room.

If the police couldn't get in the apt or house and there's no reason to break the door down (i.e. someone screaming for help, banging and slamming) they would've knocked, tried to call her for more info and if her phone was turned off or she didn't answer they would leave.

She didn't drive away because she wanted the cops to come see her and since she's on scene where he is at she can escort them to the door or maybe she still has a key so they can talk to / interview him and make an arrest on either party..

If we had left he could've dipped off then they would've just got a report .she can stay on scene and make sure he doesn't leave .
