Yeah, the property taxes in the whole region are like 10k+ on normal houses. It's criminal. Love all the old houses in Albany and Troy. Nice, I lived in Albany a longtime ago and had friends that went to HVCC. I don't think it effected Troy but I know one of the cities around there had a really serious water issue recently not Flint level but f'd do you know if they ever resolved that?

thats crazy :mindblownj: i went up to RPI a few times in college, i would have thought property tax wouldnt kill you around there
