What do they put in final mixes??

Do they add more levels??

I want kh3 to have more levels, I felt it could have used like 4 more.

Critical Mode
Post game bosses that usually hints and whats coming next
More keyblades
More cutscenes that again usually hints at whats coming next
Extended secret movie

But naw they never added more worlds. The closest they did to this was in KH2FM where they added a brand new section in Hollow bastion that led to "Cavern of remembrance"

While this wasn't a new world it was a good sized new section that had plenty of platforming and puzzles to get through in order to get to cavern of remembrance where u get to fight all the org members data versions which many consider to be the best boss fights of the entire series.

damn well better be for ps4/x1 and not for the goddamn vita or some shyt

So the future of this series is really weird to think about. You would think after all the backlash of the "side games" going into this next saga they would focus on just "main" titles, But at the same time this is the same company who wants a Kh game released every year. On top of that they have to find some way to recap all the nonsense thats going on in KHUX. Im betting on a switch title that focuses on the union leaders and how they left their "worldline" and crossed over into the current KH timeline. Probably a playable Ven/Skuld. This would also explain Marluxia/Larxene/Demyx and Luxord past as being keyblade wielders.

The thing is i don't think anyone cares anymore after they completely dropped the ball on what should of been closure. Yes we always knew KH3 wasn't gonna be the last game of the series. But we also went into KH3 expecting closure. And i mean yea i suppose we kinda got it. MX is dead afterall. But still. So much stuff was just left for interpretation instead of getting actual closure. This game was supposed to feel like a finale and "if" people want to continue with the series they can. But instead it's like they are forcing fans to go into the next game to get questions answered that should of already been answered.

Yea DLC can kinda fix this. But people were already complaining about this game having too much cut scenes as is.

Just really weird how this is all going about and how i feel about it. I no longer care about the actual "plot" but i still love these characters so im attached to see where they take them.

Jesus Nomura

It’s been 12 years. 12 damn years. Why are we still waiting for Sora to tell Namine thanks???

So the opening of kh3 is really taking place after the ending???? :mindblown:

So the final thoughts of Sora's mind at the end of KH3 are...

They can take your world
The can take your heart
Cut you loose from all you know
But if it's your fate... then then every step forward will always be a step closer to home

:wow:

So here are all the highlights that were translated from the ultimia

Regarding events in the game

- Rage Form is different to Anti Form (Rage Form is Sora controlled by rage, Anti Form is Sora controlled by darkness).
- How Xion returned will be explained in DLC.
- The girl that Lea and Isa are looking for has already appeared in the series, and players can probably guess who it is from the game's secret reports. However, the person talked about in the secret reports is said to *not* be Ava. (This seems to point towards Skuld.)
- Who the "nameless star" is will be revealed later.(Most likely Strelitzia)
-Sora knows who "nameless star" is waiting for (Most likely Marluxia/Lariuam)
- Scala ad Caelum and Daybreak Town are connected in some way, and there should be hints if looked upon closely.(You can see Daybreak town has sunked during the underwater fight with Master Xehanort)
- The armored figures in Scala ad Caelum are replicas.
-Sora still has to thank Namine and this will be explained later.
-Sora's thoughts in the opening are actually happening after the events of KH3.-"They can take your world,They can take your heart, cut you loose from all you know. But if it's your fate, then every step forward will always be a step closer to home.”.

Regarding the Secret Movie:

- The epilogue and Secret Movie will be explained later.
- The Secret Movie isn't as simple as people think it is – there hasn't been enough information revealed to players yet.
- We promised Neku in KHDDD that we will return to Shibuya, but this time isn't directly connected to it. This Shibuya is in a different reality compared to the real one.
- People might assume that Verum Rex is the same title as a game Nomura was planning in the past (Versus XIII), but he says it isn't.
- The black figure in the Secret Movie making a heart towards the moon with his fingers was the Master of Masters.

Regarding DLC
-There will be both free dlc released in waves and one big "Paid" Dlc that will be the equivalent to a "Final Mix"
-Critical Mode will be part of the free dlc. They don't want to just adjust the damage output and health. They are constantly tweaking and re-balancing to make it "Fun Hard" and not just "Hard"
-He wants to expand on the decisive battle at Keyblade graveyard(probably means more cutscenes to further explain stuff)
-Post game "Superbosses" will be added just like past final mixes.
-The release window for the huge "Paid" dlc is currently unknown. However he wants to get it out within the year as he wants the team to start work on the next game as fast as possible.

Regarding the future of the series
-There will be at least one new KH game before a "KH4"
-KHUX will be releasing a new world very soon. This world has never been in the kh series before.
-Nomura was asked if they can add Marvel and Lucasfilm (Star Wars) in future Kingdom Hearts.
He replied that it isn't that simple to do even if they have contract with Disney group. With games, they gotta connect with the different companies too.
Hades,Malificent and Pete will be part of the next "saga"

DLC sounds great,

im kinda hoping for a new world to explore.

Maybe the Big DLC will be a new world that ends Sora's story, and KH4 can have an all new cast

Which one is better?

DDD or BBS?

It's really preference. I think DDD has the better gameplay but the dream eaters and time travel story turns people off. Also the boss gauntlet at the end was amazing and it has my favorite world of the entire series (Symphony oF Sorcery) I actually still go back and do the boss refights from time to time (Baloonza is more broken then KH3 ultima keyblade though lmao)

It also has the best writing for Sora and Riku in the entire series. Riku's mastery of darkness and Sora evolving from a happy go lucky kid to the "chosen one" was really great to watch.

BBS as a core is fun but it drags cause you basically repeating the story 3 different times with very little differences besides the ending.

Im a bit biased to DDD though since unlike most people my first time playing DDD was the ps4 remake and not the 3ds version which is ALOT smoother and has much better controls. I did play BBS on psp though so i never bothered playing the ps4 remake.

Also the post game bosses unlike KH1/KH2 and DDD aren't fun at all. They are chores to get through. Vanitias sentiment and Young Xehanort are the cheapest non fun bosses in the history of this series.

Nomura already said Sora will continue to be the main character for the future of KH. But as we know other characters can and probably w ill continue to star in side roles.

Wait, so in bbs you have to play the entire game three times with each character?

And for ddd do you have to complete all the levels as sora and riku or can you just do it with one of them and beat the game.
?

Yea in BBS you play the same game from all 3 of their perspectives. Then there is a "final" scenario played as Aqua. Plot wise it makes sense to have it like this but gameplay wise it just drags a bit.

DDD you have to complete the worlds as both Sora/Riku but it's alot better managed then how it was in BBS. Also the drop system isn't nearly as frequent in the ps4 version as it is in the 3ds version.

shyt sound like sonic adventure with all the switching of characters lol

I'm plan on playing both now and it's after I beat 3 already lmao

I really thought DDD was like another version of the 1st game like chain of memories was. Then I just said fukk BBS.

But KH3 made me want to play more Kingdom Hearts.

Did you like chain of memories? Is that something I should play too?
