does this shyt get harder ? :childplease:

Nah not really, and to make matters worse there ain't no critical mode in this game either. I picked normal to start intending to breeze through and unlock critical mode quick like you had to in DDD and 100% everything on that file, but lo and behold just beat the game today and the only new option in the menu is a new cutscene of course. Didn't die even once throughout the entire damn game. :heh::francis:

There's only 1 real secret boss too and it ain't shyt neither. Hopefully we get some DLC to rectify this cause despite the decade long wait this game has probably the least extra content/bosses/etc. of the whole series since the one on the fukkin gameboy. Unless you like taking pictures of the Mickey Mouse emblem 100 times over. :mjlol::snoop:

Nikka that's literally the first 15 minutes of the game

Lol@ an hour in

:russ:
No it isn't. It's literally 45 - 60 minutes in.
From the start menu to the first save is 45 minutes.
Then you get about 10 minutes of control followed by another 20 minutes of cut scenes.
The intro to this game is rough. Nostalgia made me push through it but they definitely could have gotten to the point quicker.
@Fatboi1 Once you get to the first world after Twilight Town (you'll be able to pick Tangled or Toy Story...I chose Tangled first since I felt like it would be less interesting...it's pretty fun so far though) things open up and the pace picks up.

Yeah so far the game's been a walk in a perfectly paved park.

That's what I'm saying the 1st hour is nothing really happening except a bunch of cutscenes. Right now I'm only in the early beginning where I have to get to the summit of Mount Olympus.

All those cutscenes is them cleaning up from the muli game story mess they made.

Yeah this how I feel. Im like wtf all this time thats it :mindblown: no sephiroth level secret boss? I played on proud and died like once and also there is no compulsion for me to grab rhe ultima weapon because if this is trivial with reg weapons why bother with the best one. Im salt

Still avoiding spoilers as i make my way through the game. Im almost finished with priates. Doing this stupid ass crab hunt. This shyt is boring.

So they just outright confirmed Marluxia/Larxene/Demyx and Luxord were past keyblade weilders. We knew about Marluxia and Larxene but haven't seen anything about Demyx or Luxord in Unchained X. Watch "Brain" somehow be connected to Luxord lol

I mean these are Disney brand kids games when it comes down to it. There's certainly plenty of significantly harder JRPGs on the market if all you're looking for in a game is difficulty. I'd say that this one is one of the easiest in this series due to all the OP extraneous mechanics like attraction flow and keyblade transformations combined with the fact that most people playing it have had years of experience and familiarity with this series compared to when we were kids playing the first installments. It's usually the post-game extra content on the highest difficulty where the majority of the challenge comes from, and since this game lacks the established highest level of difficulty and multiple secret bosses that are typical of the series there isn't a whole ton to be had unless you use the 0 EXP ability and try to beat the game at level 1. Like I said I assume a patch/DLC will rectify some of this, this game making too much $$ for it to not have any kind of post launch support for things like this :manny:
