My interest in the Durk thing stems from a guy with the platform this guy had, crashing out this horribly, and had been doing so for years. It's a topic of interest to me and a mentality I don't understand, especially given, he's not really the portrayal of himself, and many Chicagoans for many years have said, nah that wasn't him. So it's interesting how he turned himself into that, when he was well beyond the point of having to. Von's demise is more understandable to me, he died the same way he lived, he wasn't big enough for long enough to be removed from his general background or nature...

What this really boils down to I have an understanding of the psychology of guys outside, and specifically guys who were routinely playing with guns...

All I'll say is (I may ne fukking up the affiliations) but on other interviews them FBG guys or something said this Swipa dude used to be in The Field and it was a surprise when they found out he was an informant. A situation I'm closer to, I said in another thread that Durk's story seems to parallel Mozzy's. That's another rapper who there's been a lot of killing and violence since he blew up, and you could trace the justifications the same way...
