After seeing that second video angle, it's clear Quando didn't want them problems. He probably saw Von get out the van and walked in his direction to talk to him. His body language CLEARLY indicated he wasn't trying to fight.

Nah man, hate to say it but shooter can get off. Von was the aggressor, just like Vons crew didn't know Quando's crew had weapons, the same goes vice versa.
