I can’t speak on the legal formalities of the situation but objectively speaking, dude was a real one for what he did and I don’t see how someone can’t see that unless they’re a KV stan

I would of have backed out the toolie too if I see what appears to be a gang of nikkas rushing my homie and if you watch the second video, it was a gang of like 15+ nikkas in the crowd that Von broke out of shyt tim might not have even known it was Von fighting quando and probably didn’t care either. I’ll have to reread the story again but anybody, especially nikkas who blank out/get tunnel vision in these kind of situations would have responded in a similar fashion
