You can see the police shooting and approaching in the upper right hand corner of the video, they shot Vons killer then chased somebody in Vons crew off the left side of the screen. Cops probably had a shootout with them and killed them.

If cops would have arrived 1 minute earlier, Von would prolly be alive.
