Naw...I drink 3tbs of salt before and after lifting..I'm on keto and I gotta take salt or I cramp badly. Today I had 3 gallons in the gym. Was pushing like a race horse. I be thirsty naturally...even as a kid I drink beaucoup water. Had my PawPaw thinking I was diabetic

Too well. Hasn't been 2 months yet and I already dropped a shirt size. I expect to gain more muscle mass after my 1st carb up.

Im doing both keto and if right now, when i lose enough body fat gonna carb up as well. Thought about doing it the other way couldn’t stand to think ive got to lose even more fat to finally see those gains after cutting.

Technically you posed to carb up after a month. But im pushing it to see how much i can drop. I went 6 months one time and got so lean
