You laugh when a baby got its head ripped off by a dr during delivery. You just need to sit your little fakkit ass down.

go explain to your son why you only associate with men and why mommy is alone

Actually they're not...it was all over CNN for a good couple of hours last night

There was a dude in NY reporting from the blizzard on the situation. He also gave an interview with an FBI shmuck that was there to tell us dude is crazy and unstable.
man this shyts not getting the proper coverage it deserves.. all theyre doing is devaluing the situation like dude is a nut case.. yea a nut case that 100,000 officers on the force cant seem to find-- after he murked one of them?? cmon mayne, were not talkin about some yahoo with a rifle in a caprice.. this guy has the potential to start another riot.. im surprised nobodys started to gather in support on the streets of la..
another affirmation that the worlds gone soft.. if this went down in the 90s tho?? psshhh tensions would be higher than giraffe p*ssy

Was just in LA from Weds till today and LAPD is tense as fukk.

I'd like to see someone in the media really go digging through the case files and people named in the manifesto.

Unfortunately, his body count is going to have to reach historic levels for any real change to take place.

I'm wondering when the riots are gonna start again. If these corrupt cops keep shooting at people without reason who don't even come close to fitting Dorner's description, I would be shocked if riots didn't start forming. It'll be everybody this time though, not just blacks.

Uncertain grounds
I never said it didn't exist, it's nowhere even close to being as bad as a place like NY or L.A, cop wise.

its not just racism

americans/american cops are just generally more inclined towards aggression and violence than canadians...

people like to point out the first and most apparent cause..but i think that the overall mindstate is more to blame here..there are peaceful racists, i guess :heh:...but theres nothing you can do about it if a guy loaded with weapons and ammunition, who loves playing rough and is desensitized towards violence...is then put into a position of power and control in a situation where the victim has to be subdued...what do you expect is going to happen :bustback:

Maybe Mr. Dorner has nothing to do with this...maybe he was just up there in big bear to snowboard.

Smokey the bear was found shot to death for his association withthe US National Forest Services.

Meanwhile thank you Mr. Mayer Antonio Villaraigosa for reducing our taxe rate by 1/2 cent. I can now buy that Mercedes I always wanted even though Nissan Titans are going for half their MSRP this week...I can't wait to drive it to work on Monday on the 4-O-F***ED freeway

Just as much as Dorner is a mentally distubed psychopathic murderer....the LAPD and Torrance Plolice are completely incompetent. They evidently need more training AND...a good lawyer. Shooting first and asking questions later is NOT OK and should have both criminal and civil repercussions.
Time to put down the doughnuts guys and get back to basic training.

I'm sure the internal investigation will exhonorate all the attempted murderers.

Then the taxpayers will pay, and pay, and pay.

Police in LA and elsewhere are effectively above the law, They can attempt murder with impunity, not even a fine, just a period of paid leave. There's no incentive for them to change,
God help you if you dare return fire. 2nd amendment? Useless as a tool against them. They're better armed (even if lousy shots), and are legally permitted to execute without trial - de facto if not de jure.

They're cowards too, some of them anyway. Prone to fire in panic if they feel scared, poor things.

You know what? There are many brave, decent, honest police out there. But all too many of them are guilty too - of helping the cover-ups.

Until the payouts for police misconduct start being taken out of police salaries and pensions, nothing will change. Until the concept of "qualified immunity" is revisited, and hopefully scrapped as it has been in other parts of the world, then those wearing a badge will remain a new aristocracy, largely above the law in practice. There have been far too many "single isolated incidents" to think otherwise.

My sympathies to the many professional police out there. Guys... you should be doing something about this. Or you'll be innocent victims too.

Wow talk about a load of BS!:

'"action was appropriate to intervene and stop the actions of the driver of that vehicle."'

What actions of the driver? The fact that he was driving down the street? Totally f-ed up!
People need to pay attention; don't drive your car down the street, the PD will ram your vehicle and shoot you! They will "appropriately intervene" you to death if you're guilty of doing absolutely nothing wrong!
I can't believe the amount of pure drivel in this article.

'"They don't know where he is, and they're going to be edgy and jumpy," she said. "Don't get in their way. They're in a special state of consciousness right now, and they're not used to being hunted."'

I can't believe people are trying to make excuses for this crap! Any officer who fired a weapon needs to be relieved of duty RIGHT NOW. PERIOD. And to think that buying somebody a new vehicle because the police destroyed the other one, is going to make up for 2 bullets in the back?
Millions of Americans are edgy and jumpy every day - sometimes because of the police - that gives NOBODY the right to fire weapons indescriminately.
Apologetic drivel and B.S.!!

I think there is a pretty solid chance of civil unrest if this goes on for more than a week

Yeah man this should be gettin a whole lot more attention. Usually when stuff like this happens it's all over Facebook, twitter, etc but I find not many people outside of LA know or care. I asked a handful of my friends here on the east coast if they heard about and they said no.

If I wasn't a frequent visitor of this site or huffingtonpost I wouldn't have known. I don't watch TV.

Hopefully. But a lot of the commenters seem like they are all talk and nothing else. They should all go to the media for live interviews to voice their concerns
