Please, enlighten me... Who is he? Really dont know :manny:

he's someone who's been down with the Wu since they first started...

That's him on "Wildflower" saying "No smokin' alarms, no smokin' alarms..." etc

He's been referenced in a lot of songs:

Ghostface on Nutmeg: "Scotty Wotty copper tipped me, big microphone hippie"

RZA on Gravediggaz' Blood Brothers: "When Jackpot Wot' was hot, I was not"

King Just on KJ Rhyme: ""Ya'll was scared of me, the reincarnation of Jackpot, stop fronting cuz you got your hip hop from Scott Wott""

Raekwon on Raw Hide: "RZA pump the shyt just like a shotty
Watch me run it John Gotti, collidin on the track, like Gen' and Wotty"

U-God on Killa Beez: "Run through the crowd with a heat hold, slap shots, Jackpot's in peno'"

Ghostface on In the Parks; "Scotty snatched Janet's wig off, that night, shyt got hectic"

this could be on as well, Killah Priest on Snakes: "Back me in the lobby, pull out the shotty, then came Scotty, fragile body, my first impression, he returned from a party, he was just stagger, smellin like Bacardi"

I'm like Daniel in the cage with griffins
My face stiffens I saw a great vision
Gray pigeons that shapeshifting into space systems
Laboratories with apes missing
Martial law this is state prison, Great Britain
Techno priests retro freaks
A computerized Sun with electro-streets
Lounging in the new world ghetto playing RZA beats

:ohlawd: The gawd making me want to delete some wack shyt from my ipod.

It makes you wanna purge, right?

I doubled back and ordered 'Elizabeth', 'Excorcist' & '3 day theory'.

I also went through my racks and and removed all the garbage CDs and plan to sell them back to the store.

What Scotty Watty did on 'train trussle' was my favorite rhyme of that year.

"Consider me pissed off them swiners better throw in they hog trough while I blast a hot shot of Smirnoff"

Rap can be so good yet is often so bad these days.

I agree. When I first heard that verse, I probably had to rewind it like 6 times straight. His flow & delivery on that was so vintage and reminded me of Grand Puba. From what I've heard, Scotty was a living rap legend (in Staten Island) and mentor to members of the Wu back in the day but he did a bid, which is why he wasnt featured back in early Wu dynasty years.

My mind goes way back into the cradle of knowledge
Angel Gabriel standing before this toddler
The bib of high science, I build a castle out of rhymin'
I'm the capsule and the vitamin
In the womb of space and the nursery of thought
In my room I'd create rehearsin' my verses I would talk
My similac was the pen in rap
My three eyes was the lens that begins to snap
The longer the poems the stronger my bones
I'm on my desk as the writer
In my mental I would wet my diapers
Drinking from the bottle of Apollo
WRITING THE GNOSTICS BETWEEN TWO COSMIC TIGERS
I'M THE MESSIAH

:mindblown: :why: :to:

Kallisto is gonna send me the original version of 'salute' for y'all. Apparently there's an entire string section that the engineer accidentally muted the track of in the mix.

This album is still going strong . I feel like its opened something up inside of me .

Thanks alot to everyone that posted those books as well . I knew about Pale Horse, but it looks like there's a whole slew of interesting stuff out there I wasn't privy to .

It's funny I was looking into his affiliation with the Black Israelites , and in reading about the 12 tribes of Israel I realized my surname derived from one of those tribes . Something I never knew.

Such a weird revelation during a time I'm enjoying this album to the fullest. Thanks Killah Priest . Here's to the Winged people coming back to earth and showing us a thing or two .
