Didn't tell them to throw but there are very high percentage plays that can move the ball.

If you're going to play for the kick then don't cry when your kicker misses. Just like passing the ball. If it's picked then don't cry about it.

Meh. Inside the 20, every single team is playing for the kick. It's what, a 98% kick? Anything other than running the clock down probably reduces that number.
