Garbage ass list. Only fighter in his prime he has a W against Maidana and that's because of Joe Cortez...

This clown ass nikka put Barrara :heh:

yeah you can go to store and bring me back a Backwoods and a double mint... That's what we do to nikkas when you don't want them in grown folks conversation...

that was a green maidana fresh out of argentina wasnt it. hardly the prime maidana that gave mayweather some trouble.

Here's the fukked up thing. We're boxing fans, as in fans of good fights. This fight I doubt will be good. It'll be good for Canelo Khan n the networks for the $ they make but that's about it.
I am not even saying this is guaranteed to be a good fight or anything. All I am saying is that it is an intriguing match-up that I am interested in seeing.
People acting like some horrible crime has been committed and this fight should be universally panned and then behaving like everyone involved in it should be pelted with rotten fruit is just crazy to me.

Find me someone not related to Billy Joe Saunders that would actually buy that fight on PPV.

nikka, nobody in America KNOWS Billie Joe Saunders:mjlol:

How the hell do you suppose to open a brand new MGM venue, on the most popular Boxing weekend of the year..."Cinco De Mayo" Weekend, ON PPV with Canelo Alvarez vs Billie Joe Saunders as the Headliner:dead:

You UK nikkas seriously overrate your fighters ability to be a draw on AMERICAN Turf:russ:

They are all less popular than Amir Khan is:wow:

You niccas is ridiculous :dead::dead::dead:

We need to make you niccas a game like 'Boxing Promotor Simulator 2K16: Coli Edition' or summit so we can get you man the entire way the fucc off social media when these types of things go down so these bum ass fighters and promoters can be held accountable for when they try to get away with some hoe ass sh1t because you brehs are more concerned with how the casinos and boxers make their money than the actual state of boxing and the divisions

IDGAF about whether the casino is having its first fight...I only care about Canelo and GGG cleaning up the division and unifying so we csn have s muthafuccin undisputed champion in atleast one division :noah:

And @Newzz dont ever play me like i got a flower pot head again :usure: i cant stand BJS and actually call him billy hoe saunders...could give a fucc if a nicca was from the UK, i don't fall back on hoe ass allegiances like a lil groupie nicca...:umad:

It'd be quicker for you to ask which UK fighters i actually fucc with than the ones i don't :umad: (example...i cant wait for them two shook bums quigg and frampton to get their bum chronicles fight over with so they can hurry up and give the belts to rigo :sadcam:)

You wanted a list of who he beat and I gave it to you. How deep in your feelings you are over Amir Khan and this fight is purely up to you.

Have y'all seen some of the odds for this

Some sites have Canelo @ -300 & Khan @ +300

I'm pretty sure Canelo was around -600 when he fought Kirkland :mindblown:

fights like this..im waiting until khan gets odds around +1000 before i think about putting a bet down

But the question that was posed by @Newzz (and that you answered with Billy Joe Saunders) was "Who is a viable opponent for Canelo to fight on PPV?"

You won't find anyone in here that isn't shytting on this fight ever declaring it as some sort of guaranteed classic scrap or anything. At best it is interesting.

I understand that but Newzz and a couple others keep insinuating Canelo had no choice when that's just not fuccin true :heh:. Answer me these three questions sincerely? 1. What does a win against Amir Khan actually do for Canelo? 2. How does this fight against Amir Khan actually prepare Canelo for GGG since he's still yet to fight at 160? 3. How is asking whats the viable opponent options for a PPV a valid question as a fan since that type of thing shouldn't really concern us?

Yep.

Im on record shytting on the rumored matchup of my favorite fighter AB vs Ashley Theophane, so obviously I have no problems speaking how I feel on any other fighter/matchup:heh:

Canelo vs Khan shouldn't be an ATG Boxing classic, but it should be entertaining watching Khan get slumped again, and it makes sense financially for what it is and the reasoning behind it (no other opponent financially viable).:ehh:

1. Nothing besides padding his record with "a name".

2. It doesn't but he isn't going to be fighting at 160 when he does fight Golovkin. Maybe GGG should fight a welterweight so he can get used to slimming down in anticipation of his fight against Canelo.:sas2:

3. It is valid in this case because Canelo was trying to get a big name for PPV friendly fight and no one in the middleweight rankings would have been accepted by HBO as a PPV opponent. Its not like he took Khan over GGG or anyone else that was viable. The odds were that if he wasn't going to be fighting Khan on PPV then Canelo would have fought basically a tune-up fight on HBO against a fighter who doesn't matter.
So as a fan I prefer this Khan fight that I at least find intriguing over say Canelo vs Curtis Stevens.

The ONLY ONLY possible redeeming part of this fight(minus fukkery), is that Canelo has been trying to fight like Floyd a little bit. I never thought Khan would give Floyd problems, b/c I personally think Floyd's quicker (Khan's faster), and would get off first. If Khan has any chance he needs to constantly be on the move and attacking the body almost exclusively (obviously he needs to jab). Also, Khan's footwork is better but the power disparity is too much. Khan can only win if he's consistently sticking and moving--even then he's got the whole chin issue.

It IS true.

Again:

Please tell me how we would have been looking to fill a brand new 20,000 seat arena, plus brand new Casino, plus generate ticket sales, (sell nachos, hot dogs, and t-shirts:troll:) & generate ppv buys.....with Billie Joe Saunders?:jbhmm:

Answer me these three questions sincerely? 1. What does a win against Amir Khan actually do for Canelo?

Gives him another W on his resume over a former/current Champion AND also presents him the opportunity to add another highlight KO to his reel.

2. How does this fight against Amir Khan actually prepare Canelo for GGG since he's still yet to fight at 160?

How does a victory over Dominic Wade at the full 160 limit prepare GGG for Canelo at 155? You do understand that 1 fight has absolutely 0 to do with your next right? That's what sparring partners and training camps are for (preparing Canelo for GGG).

3. How is asking whats the viable opponent options for a PPV a valid question as a fan since that type of thing shouldn't really concern us?

Well, it does concern me being that the fight has been scheduled for HBO PPV since September 2015, and being that yall complaining are the SAME ONES who didn't buy a Champion vs Champion Unification Bout on PPV....which caused THAT PPV to flop horribly....it does concern me as to what type of matchups are you looking for on PPV?

Ok fair enough. The last point is where our opinions divert because i'd prefer him doing a fight on HBO if need be against Billy Joe Saunders than Amir Khan on PPV just so he could get the other belt. Wouldn't the GGG Vs Canelo fight be umpteen times more epic if the victor became the undisputed middleweight champion and THEE man at the division? That in itself should add more hype to the fight if we have to talk dollars
